Spooky is Casper's look-alike cousin, save for the nose, freckles, and bower hat. He had resided in New York City for most of his after-life along with his girlfriend Pearl (Poil due to his Brooklyn accent). Due to construction on his apartment, he and Pearl get evicted for a while. After the eviction, they decided to temporary take residence in Casper's manor until constuction is finished. Spooky and Pearl serve as comic reliefs in Casper's Scare School
