Power Outage is the 39th and 40th episode of part 20 in the first season of Casper's Scare School. Power Outage is split up into four parts. In the first episode (part 1 and 2) an unknown monster starts terrorizing the school.
Summary[]
A monster is loose in the school, stealing the powers of all the teachers and students with the help of a magic crystal. When the students succeed in capturing the creature, it turns out this was all a test by Kibosh. But when he wants to return the powers to the students, his assistant, a Leprechaun named Razznik, steals the crystal.
